Pulse Turbocharging System

The pulsed turbocharging system is designed to improve the utilization of energy loss in a constant pressure system. The characteristic of this scheme is that the exhaust pipe is short and thin, and the solution of the exhaust system is as small as possible, so that the exhaust can be directly and rapidly into the turbine to expand work and reduce the throttling loss. In addition, in order to reduce the exhaust pressure wave of each cylinder mutual interference, often using two or more of the exhaust branch of the adjacent vent cylinder exhaust mutually separated.

The pulse system can make better use of the exhaust energy of the internal combustion engine than the constant pressure system, and the smaller the volume of the exhaust pipe is, so that in recent years there has been a compact structure that integrates the turbocharger with the exhaust pipe.
